All prices are include bed linen, towels and bath towels for the pool, bath and shower care items, WiFi in all the rooms, coffee-tea set, flat screen television, free parking, indoor parking of your bicycle or motorcycle possible, free use from swimming pool with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, etc. Unfortunately, it is not possible to place extra (large) beds in the apartments or room. The rooms have 2 single beds but can be made up as one double bed on request. No obligation to purchase drinks and others.
Practical information
- Prices without "Taxe de Séjour"euro 1,15 per person per day.
- Of course you can use during your stay at our swimming pool with outdoor kitchen etc.
- For longer stays ( one week) without breakfast and final cleaning euro 95.00.
- We have a large private parking and garage for bicycles / motorcycles.
- Our property is completely fenced.
- Small pets on request (cost 12.00 Euros per day]
- The rooms are non-smoking, there can not accommodate extra bed.
- Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 11:00.
- We do not have credit card facilities but there is a bank in Flayosc with an ATM.
- Payment: 30% upon booking and balance like upon arrival by check or cash.
- We speak Dutch, German, English, French and Italian.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation up to two month before arrival date the cost are 50% of the reservation.
Cancellation up to one month before arrival date the cost are 75% of the reservation.
Cancellation up to or within one month before arrival date the cost are 100% of the reservation.
We therefore ask you kindly to a cancellation Insurance.
